Francesco Moser “Va por la Hora” was one of the most significant track machines ever produced, this incredible design changed cycling history and started a new era in TT concept reaching new speeds that were never thinkable. From my knowledge there were only about 20 of these extraordinary pieces of Art produced so consider yourself lucky.
1984 in Mexico City Moser rewrote the limitations of human strength, destroying the Hour Record with a machine that smashed the traditions as well as the hour record. Disc wheels, radical aerodynamics, wind tunnel thinking was the future and it arrived with a Bang “Va por la Hora”. There is no replica of this sculptured master piece and it will be remembered for eternity.
The geometry of this bicycle speak of speed and tightness plus that Italian elegance makes you fall in love with every line. You notice velodrome consciousness of this frame immediately plus that quiet Italian confidence. The Ambrosio Logos Disc wheels shout acceleration and innovation plus immediate handling, the unmistakable form of this mechanical masterpiece define steel, air and hard work.
