This beautifully restored bicycle from the famed Italian builder Faggin is a ready to ride adventure machine. Advertised as it’s “sport touring” model, this bicycle was designed for the long and winding roads while carrying all the gear necessary for a proper getaway.
Made with sturdy Columbus Aelle tubing, it has “continental” (parallel) headtube/seatube, so you should expect some get up and go out of it while also sporting a slightly longer wheelbase than a normal road geometry to easily keep you stable while fully loaded with panniers. The lugged and pantographed fork comes with mid fork eyelets to keep the weight lowered and easy to handle while still having a fairly aggressive rake.
Our master mechanic took extra care in refurbishing the championship white paint as well as finishing the build by adding gorgeously fitted black aluminum fenders that will accept supple 35c tires and a near mint condition Silca frame pump along with a never broken in Brooks Professional saddle.
All bearings systems have been overhauled and it has all new cables, housing, tires, brake pads, chain and bar tape.
