Super special Stronglight Delta Aero seatpost.
Two bolt clamping system for the saddle rails and an internally routed allen key bolt that tightens the seat post to the frame,
this is similar to a quill stem.
This type of mounting requires no seat clamp bolt and was only produced shortly for 1 or 2 years.
