A very rare SOMEC Titanio built up with a Full Campagnolo Record Titanium 8 speed gruppo in size 55.5 cm, probably will not see one again.
SOcietà MECcanica was founded in 1973 by Oliviero Gallegati in Lugo di Romagna (Italy). Being a rather small manufacturer, Somec did not produce many bicycles, especially in their beginnings. Besides perfect craftsmanship they became famous in the 1980s for the use of advanced tubings, lugs and their special paintjobs.
Lugless construction from Columbus Hyperon Titanium, with funky computerized ’90s decals and a layer of clear coat to show off the natural colour of our favorite material Titanium.
