Quality light weight steel frame set from Cicli Veneziano of Imola, Italy – where one can still find Cicli Dosi to this day. The frame set shows careful workmanship, and is pretty light for its time at approx. 2390g. Made from Columbus SL steel, and finished in a nice shade of candy apple red.
Frame has two brake cable guides along the top tube, and old school long Campagnolo rear dropouts. No braze-ons for down tube shifters, so requires a set with a clamp – or would also make for a prime candidate for a classy single speed conversion.
The frame was once garnished with large white ‘Veneziano’ decals. Because these were already peeling badly we removed the last remnants to give a clean look. There are some small areas where the paint is coming up, and surface rust in places, which in our opinion doesn’t affect the integrity of the frame.
