These particular pedals have been customized or they might also be original …. I have never seen them with Titanium axles.
They have exquisitely machined titanium axles and the lip has been filed for more pedal clearance. SunTour PL-SB00 Superbe
Pro pedals with Ti axles are extremely light at a whopping 245 grams.
