Cinelli Super Corsa Frameset with Columbus SLX NEW tubing in Blue.
This is a genuine Cinelli Supercorsa frame and fork, manufactured in Italy in the 1990s. It is constructed from Columbus SLX NEW tubing and Cinelli microfusion lugs. It is entirely original, never having been refurbished. The bright blue paint is very good overall, as are the decals. There are no dents. There are one or two small chips and scratches which you can see in the pictures. The colour is ‘China BLue’, a light blue tone, that makes this frame look super elegant. The lugs, sloping fork crown, rear seat and chain stay and drop outs are chrome plated. There is provision for two water bottle cages on the down tube and on the seattube. Cable routing is internal.
This delightful classic frame and fork really deserves to be built up into a complete bike and ridden! A Supercorsa is always an excellent ride, so much so that they can still be bought new in the present day. This delightfully patinated survivor from the ’90s has that extra charm that comes with age.
