Professional road racing frame set built in Bresia by Carrera. Ridden by the likes of Roberto Visentini, Claudio Chiappucci, Stephen Roche, Marco Pantani, Paulo Bettini and Ivan Basso in the 1980s and 1990s, Carrera frames are very nicely finished and this one is no exception. Constructed from renowned Columbus MAX tubing with an EL OS top tube and EL fork, matched with chrome fork blades and chain stay. The paint has been professionally refinished, inspected by Cicli Berlinetta and the frame hasn’t been built up since. No cracks or dents. This Carrera ‘MAX’ is in top condition, and waiting to be built up again. A big frame for a big guy! 130mm for 8 speed group sets, and 1″ threaded fork shaft for your classic quill stem.
