Professional quality Chesini ‘Innovation’ road frame set, made from Columbus EL OS tube set in the early 1990s. Lugged construction with a sloping top tube, quite novel for the time! The frame features an ‘aero’ braze-on for the down tube shifters, and internal cable routing for shifters and brakes. Fully chromed seat and chain stays, chrome head-tube lugs and full-chrome unicrown EL fork. Chrome is in top condition with no flaws, and the paintwork is too with just a couple of very minor chips from storage.
This frame appears to be unridden, with signs of a bottom bracket having been fitted but not fully torqued up, and very light traces of a rear wheel having been installed. No sign of down tube shifters having being mounted. Amazing frame, in top condition. Perfect for building up with a classic Campagnolo group set!
