Very nicely finished ‘Mixte’ or Ladies frame set from Italian frame builder Oscar Simonato.
The frame set is virtually unridden and in top condition.
Recently we obtained a pair of bikes which had been bought brand new together in 1982, and ridden for perhaps 200km total before being carefully stored under a drop cloth until last year! This particular frame set dates from 1978.
In great condition and ready for another lease of life.
Chrome fork crown, dropouts, seat stay caps and a large portion on the sloping top tube.
Chrome is in top condition with no flaking. I believe the frame is fully chromed underneath the paint.
The chain stay has a large reflective silver sticker.
Cool airbrushed Simonato logos on the down tube.
Down tube shifter bosses. Campagnolo drop outs front and rear with Portacatena.
Includes original Campagnolo chromed steel seat post bolt.
Fitted with the original chrome steel Campagnolo Gran Sport headset, in perfect condition
