Elsner steel stem from 1960’s
Pro stem for road or track bicycles. Built and designed by Willy Elsner from Berlin, Germany.
He disigned and built bicycle frames for east German and world champions, including names like Jens Glücklich, Bernd Drogan and Lutz Heßlich.
Excellent condition!
