Description

Top quality, Swiss-made Competition hubset from EDCO. Build quality is just as good as equivalent hubs from Campagnolo or Shimano,

with little extras such as the dual Zerk-type grease ports on each hub for easy lubrication. Not the lightest hubs, but definitely built to last –
EDCO built a line of these for MTB use as an alternative to XTR.

The hubs have been built once, and are still in great condition with no damage to the spoke holes. There is a little corrosion to the
anodising on the NDS flange where I assume some dirt was caught under the spokes. Bearings are very smooth with no play.
Quick releases are original EDCO with aluminium nuts. Freewheel sounds loud and clear with no play. Overall excellent condition.

With early Shimano Uniglide compatible cassette system, for 6 and 7 speed.

Front hub: 100mm OLD, 36 holes, 260g

Rear hub: 126mm OLD, 36 holes, 460g
Freehub body width: 31.9mm
Last cog threads onto the freehub, I can include a 12 tooth 6 speed Shimano cog if you need.
